Innovative Management Services of Arizona (IMS) was founded by Kim Rubly who recognized a need in the market to offer self-managed communities the services and professional advice that comes with having full-time management, without the high expense.  IMS was founded to provide “as needed” services when you need them, rather than a monthly contract for tasks that can be performed by the board and committees.

IMS is the first association management company to work exclusively with self-managed associations.  We offer one-on-one consulting to help your Board of Directors and committee members solve the HOA puzzle.  IMS is committed to providing professional consulting and administrative services to the community your board manages.  Whether you need assistance with HOA issues or someone to handle the administrative tasks for your association, IMS is here to help you when you need the help. 

 

About Kim Rubly

Kim Rubly established Innovative Management Services after having successfully owned and operated Haven Community Management for over five years.  She has received the designation for a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)  and Association Manager Specialist (AMS) from nationally recognized Community Association Institute (CAI) and is currently seeking the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in early 2008.

Kim is currently the Executive Director of the Southern Arizona Chapter of CAI where she works closely with many homeowner and commercial association boards and committees as well as vendors and professional service providers.  She is also a current member of Arizona Association of Community Management (AACM).
